Who should attend?

The Leader in Me Symposium is designed for administrators, superintendents, directors, teachers, and community members involved with elementary, middle, and high schools (K-12) - both in the Leader in Me process and not yet in the process.

Through focused learning together, we hope to celebrate your greatness and inspire you to conquer new heights in your leadership.

What is included in the cost of registration?

When you register as a 2 day symposium attendee, you will gain access to:

  • 2 full days of content including breakout sessions, keynote speakers, panels, student leadership, and more!

  • Any materials associated with the event

  • Lunch both days of the event

  • Travel to and from the School Leadership Day

If registering for pre-conference as well, you will also receive:

  • Lunch during pre-conference

  • All materials associated with the workshop

How can I learn the topics and who is presenting breakout sessions?

About a week before the Symposium, registered attendees will receive an email with instructions on downloading the event App. The App will include all the information needed during the event, including information about breakout sessions and presenters. 

Can I register a group all at once?

Yes, after registering your first participant you will have the option to add additional participants to your registration.

How do I apply to participate at the Symposium?

If you would like to apply for either a breakout session or student leadership, please go to the Speaker & Participation page in the navigation above to find the applications.

Can I substitute my registration?

Yes, substitutions are allowed up until 7 days before the start of the Symposium. Please email [email protected] and provide the names and email addresses of both the current registered participant and substitute participant.

Note: If paying by check or purchase order, you must include the name of each attendee and his/her school/organization and your correct “Bill To” address. All PO's must be received prior to the start of the Symposium.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Registrations canceled prior to 30 days before the event will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Any registration canceled within 30 days of the event, will be billed for the full registration amount. Please contact us directly if you would like to substitute a registration at [email protected].
